This policy explains what personal data Tansor Private Limited ("TansorPay", "we") handles through tansorpay.in and how you can control it. We aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What this site collects

• Details you send us by email or through the contact form on the site: your name, email address, your role (for example merchant or investor) and your message. The form opens your own email app, so the message reaches us by email and we do not store it on the website.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the site running and secure.

The site does not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics. Fonts and media are served from our own domain.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to you and to discuss a pilot, partnership or investment you asked about. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run email and hosting, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Facial data and the TansorPay app

The TansorPay app and terminals are not available to the public yet, and this website collects no facial data. Before launch we will publish a notice that explains what facial data is stored, where, for how long and for what purpose. We will process facial data only after you register and give explicit consent in the app, and you will be able to withdraw that consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. Write to contact@tansorpay.in. The same address is our contact for grievances about personal data. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to deal with your request and for any period the law requires, then delete them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the data we hold, but no system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
