At tansorPay, we take your privacy seriously. Because our service relies on biometric authentication ("Checkout with a Smile"), we adhere to the strictest standards of data protection to ensure your facial geometry and financial data remain secure.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we may collect the following types of information:

Biometric Data: Facial scan data converted into an encrypted hash. We do not store raw photos of your face.
Financial Information: Tokenized payment credentials linked to your account.
Usage Data: Transaction history, location of purchase (store ID), and timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Biometric Data

Your facial data is used exclusively for authentication purposes at the Point of Sale (POS). It is processed locally where possible and verified against our secure encrypted database to authorize transactions instantly.

3. Data Security

We utilize military-grade encryption (AES-256) for all stored data. Your biometric hash is isolated from your personal identity information (PII) using a proprietary "Zero-Knowledge" architecture.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

Payment processors (to complete the transaction).
Legal authorities (only when required by a court order).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your biometric data at any time via the app settings. Upon deletion, you will revert to standard PIN-based authentication.
