What the site is

The site provides information about a payment product that is under development. We do not currently offer a payment service, and nothing on the site is an offer to provide one or an invitation to make a payment or investment. Any future TansorPay app, terminal or merchant service will have its own terms.

No advice

Descriptions of regulation, including RBI directions, are summaries for general information. They are not legal, financial or investment advice. Check the original documents or ask a professional before relying on them.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but statements about our status, plans and timelines can change. We give no warranty that the site is complete, error free or always available.

Intellectual property

The TansorPay name, logo, text, images and video on this site belong to Tansor Private Limited unless stated otherwise. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners. You may link to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or send us unlawful or misleading material.

Messages you send us

Contacting us does not create a contract or any exclusivity. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.
